A holistic approach to student development

The first step itself is vital here. The applicant students are tested for their aptitude through a process of written test, group discussion, essay and interview. It is a process designed to get the right candidates who will be able to withstand the rig our of management training that’s unique at MPBIM. A month long orientation, after admission, takes them through methods, systems and even games that builds up interpersonal relationships which is so vital for group-learning in the months to come.
