Dr. Hema Harsha is an Associate Professor at M. P. Birla Institute of Management with over 26 years of experience in academia and industry. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering, along with master's degrees in Business Law, Labour Management, and Human Resource Management, and a PhD focused on talent sustainability in scientific institutions in India. A certified POSH, DEI, and IC consultant, she is also a recognized trainer under MEPSC and Skill India. She has published over 25 research papers in reputed journals and contributed to national and international conferences. She has international exposure through a faculty exchange program in the USA and brings strong expertise in training, research, and skill development.
